Due to Chinese Spring Festival, the shipping company is on holiday during these days, all the orders aftter Jan 27th will be sent out till Feb 10th(delayed order will receive our Wonderful gifts along with the watches you ordered from us), please take care we'll be right back then.

Time: After you place your order, it may take us up to 72 hours to check the stock and every watch's condition to reduce your trouble, then 7-15 working days later, you may receive your watches at your hands!

Fees: Currently, we provide worldwide FREE SHIPPING, you do not need to pay any extra shipping fees for your watch!

Contact us directly for wholesale order, we may provide discounted fees for large customers.

Methods: We mainly use EMS to send your watches, it may be safe to arrive at you. Once you watches get sent out, we will send you the track number for the shipping, then you can check the state via http://www.ems.com.cn.

Note: You may also be liable for customs fees, once the package reaches your country, you are responsible for these charges - we have no way of controlling or predicting them. Since these policies vary widely from country to country, you are advised to contact your local postal office for more information. ReplicaWatchesHeaven.com will not reimburse you for these fees, thanks your understanding!

Return

If for some reasons you need to return an item, please follow the procedures below.
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you MUST contact us within 7 days. Product exchange notified to Replicawatchesheaven.com after 7 days may not be honored for replacement.

2. The watch MUST be returned in its original presentation box with all warranty information and manuals. Please include in the returned package your name, telephone number, and reason for return.

3. You will be responsible for ALL Return shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package. If you choose not to insure the package, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.

4. THE WATCH CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN. We only sell new watches. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short time and not get it scratched or blemished. PLEASE understand that we can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you. RESIZED or MODIFIED watches with links removed will not be eligible for returns.

5. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model! If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same or similar value In virtually all cases of manufacturers' defects, the products can be repaired.

Refund

Most of our Replica Watches listed in our site are in stock, occasionally, we don't get that stock, we'll recommend you to choose another item around our site, if still those can't satisfy you or we don't have it, we are glad to refund you.
